How oppoX works

A two-sided open innovation market. Fewer meetings, more pilots.

For Corporates

  1. 1
    Create an account
    One signup, no procurement.
  2. 2
    Describe the problem candidly
Real numbers, real constraints. Stays private.
  3. 3
    Set the rules
Indicative pilot budget, deadline, eligibility, contact.
  4. 4
    AI anonymizes → you approve
Your identity is hidden until you shortlist.
  5. 5
    Startups apply
    Ranked by AI-fit, spam auto-filtered.
  6. 6
    Reach out directly
    One-click trackable email intro.

For Startups

  1. 1
    Browse challenges
    Open innovation from real corporates.
  2. 2
Sign in when you find a fit
    Nothing gates the discovery.
  3. 3
    Some fields are prefilled
We remember startup name, website, deck.
  4. 4
    Submit your pitch
Cover note + deck. AI previews your fit score.
  5. 5
    Ship the application
    Corporate reviews shortlists directly.
  6. 6
    Talk to the corporate
    Direct email intro. No middleman.

Your data

  • Raw problem statements are never published — only you and platform admins can see them.
  • AI anonymization runs before anything goes live, and you approve the final brief before publishing.
  • Pitch decks are only visible to you and the owner of the challenge you apply to.
  • Text you submit (problem, application, cover note) is processed by an AI model (Google Gemini via a gateway) for anonymization, fit scoring and spam filtering.
  • We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. See the Datenschutzerklärung for details.

Free during Alpha

Alpha is 100% free for startups and corporates. Founding corporates keep free access through Beta. Startups will always use oppoX for free; future monetization will be a success fee paid only by corporates when an oppoX introduction leads to a funded pilot.

This is the venture client model

oppoX runs on the venture client model: the corporate buys a paid pilot instead of taking equity, and the startup gets revenue and a reference customer instead of a cohort badge.
